The steel T-piece on the photo has internally been coated with white polyurethane, 75 Shore A hardness. This product is part of a cyclone for abrasive materials. The PU coating makes the T-piece more wear-resistant and reduces noise.

Our coating technology offers a lot of possibilities. We can coat difficult shapes like this T-piece, without producing a mould. Big advantage for you: no mould costs! This special coating technique is possible for wall thicknesses up to 15 mm in different colours and hardnesses.
